Sponsorship

The list below describes some examples of our annual meeting sponsorship opportunities. Full or partial sponsorships are available for any of these options.  Sponsorship shows an organization’s commitment to our mission and is a way for private, public, and not-for-profit organizations to increase overall awareness of their mission, services, and programs to members and annual meeting attendees.

DNTS Annual Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities

Conference Awards:

Competitive awards to undergraduate and graduate students and postdoctoral fellows who will be presenting their work at the annual meeting.  Awards are in the amount of $700 each to help defray the cost of attending the annual meeting.

Best Presentation Awards:

Two awards are presented – one to a predoctoral student and one to a postdoctoral fellow – to recognize excellence in scholarship, research, and communication in either a poster or a platform presentation that is given at the annual meeting.

Symposia support:

General meeting support:

Refreshment breaks

Sponsor food and/or beverage breaks between symposia, platform talks, or poster sessions.

Sponsorship Benefits

The DNTS annual meeting is an important venue for communication and exchange of ideas among scientists in industry, government, contract research organizations, and academia.  We are particularly pleased that this meeting provides an opportunity for new investigators still in school or early in their careers to present their work.

In appreciation of sponsorship contributions, DNTS will provide sponsoring organizations with the following benefits:

  • Recognition in the DNTS annual meeting packet
  • Acknowledgement in the journal Neurotoxicology and Teratology
  • Acknowledgement on the DNTS website
  • Acknowledgment on signage in the registration area or at the sponsored event at the annual meeting
